WPM Real Estate Management has expanded its Association Real Estate portfolio with the addition of Hollington At The Pointe II Condominium Association, Inc. (“Hollington Pointe II Condominium”), a garden-style community located in Owings Mills, Maryland, with management services beginning April 1.

Situated on Devedente Drive, Hollington Pointe II Condominium was built in 2002 and includes 80 condominium residences across five low-rise buildings. The community offers a suburban setting with easy access to everyday amenities, including Foundry Row and Metro Centre at Owings Mills, along with major retailers such as Wegmans and Costco Wholesale. It is also well positioned for access to key commuter routes and transit options.

WPM is supporting the Association with day-to-day management, financial oversight, and coordination of building maintenance, helping the Board maintain operational consistency and plan for the community’s long-term needs. Routine services such as landscaping, snow removal, and trash collection are included in the Association’s operations. The community is also supported by WPM’s 24/7 Emergency Response team, providing on-call coordination in the event of urgent or unexpected issues.

As part of its forward planning, WPM’s Maintenance and Construction Services team will support planned renovations to the common area stairways, an investment focused on maintaining the quality and appearance of shared spaces.

At its core, this partnership is about making things easier for the Board. WPM brings thoughtful management, responsiveness, and practical guidance to support informed decisions and protect long-term value.
